In a world increasingly focused on sustainability, Greensol stands out as a pioneering fintech application that integrates clean energy solutions. Greensol addresses the need for accessible and innovative financial tools to drive the adoption of renewable energy, promoting climate resilience and economic growth in Africa.

As the sole designer for Greensol, my role encompasses product and UX design, crafting visually engaging interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Beyond design, I contribute to managing Greensol's social media presence and conducting in-depth business research to enhance user retention, drive conversions, and reduce churn. My work ensures that Greensol not only meets its users' needs but also furthers its mission of advancing clean energy solutions through technology.

My Approach

I began with a creative sprint, designing multiple web styles to explore which approach could best differentiate Greensol and align with our vision. This process allowed my business partner and me to evaluate various options and identify a strong starting point for further refinement.

Next, we combined the most effective elements from each design, ensuring they harmonized with our visual style, available content, and the unique demands of the clean energy and fintech industries. This iterative process ensured a cohesive and impactful design that reflects Greensol's mission and values.

Design Goal

1. Enhanced Usability: The interface will be intuitive, enabling users to effortlessly navigate between key features such as bill payments, solar management, and transaction services. I'm focused on creating a streamlined experience to help users perform tasks with ease, no matter their tech expertise.
2. Improved Visual Appeal: The design will incorporate modern aesthetics, creating a visually clean and professional interface that aligns with Greensol's mission and reflects its role in promoting clean energy and sustainability.
3. Streamlined User Experience: By simplifying workflows, I'll ensure that complex tasks like managing bills or securing a loan for solar are smooth and intuitive, allowing users to complete actions with minimal friction.
4. Responsive Design: The application will be designed to adapt seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent user experience, whether on mobile or desktop.
